Running for Beginners

Want to start running or improve but joining a running club seems daunting?
Woodstock Harriers is starting a series of sessions for people like you.  The series will be similar to a “Couch to 5k” programme and you will be able to work at your own level with the encouragement of other group members and our three Run England Leaders.

Where? We will meet at the Blenheim Town Gate.
When? Thursday evenings for 6 weeks starting on 25th April. We will meet at 6:20pm so we can start at 6:30pm.
Who? The sessions are for any one aged 18 or over. If you can walk for an hour and jog 50 metres you will be able to benefit from the sessions. If you have not exercised for many years or if you have a health condition do check with your doctor beforehand.
How do I join? Send an email to woodstockharriers@gmail.com and we will get you registered.
Is there a fee? Yes, the fee is £12 (i.e. £2 per session). If you subsequently join Woodstock Harriers we will deduct this from your subscription.
