Our men grouped well with James Bolton, Brian O'Conor (2nd V40), Kevin Game and Daniel Moseley all in the top 10 and Hans Price just outside giving us 1st team honours. Steve Naylor broke the course record with his 5th win from 5 series races and Jess Webb had a marvellous run to win the women's race. Daniel Moseley took 2nd U19 honours, Bryan Vaughan was 3rd V50 and Peter Rayner 3rd V60. In the overall competition Steve and Jess were 1st Senior Man and 1st Senior Woman respectively, Peter was 3rd V60 and Susan Haines 3rd LV55. Dominic Croft put in a terrific performance to win the race by over 3 minutes in his first come-bck race for 2 years after recovering from a serious running injury. Sophie Carter shook off a recent injury to win the women's race whilst the ever improving Jess Webb took 2nd SL honours. Sue Cantwell ensured that our girls won both open and County competitions. Susan Haines is the County LV55 champion. In the men's race James Bolton came 3rd, Dave Cantwell 7th in a personal best time, Kevin Game 8th and Martin Ineson 9th to give our men both open and County titles.
