Mike Shipway found the going tough along a dual carriageway and back in the French Riviera but managed to slice one minute from his previous time at Eynsham in November.

Sonnie Jane went away for the weekend and took on a 3 lap Park Run course in Bristol with a sharp hill and achieved a great result

Rebecca Campbell led home our girls finishing in the top 100 whilst Eva Mebius, in her debut run for the Club, and Zoe White both acquitted themselves well. Sophie Carter(2nd claim)finished 3rd in the Belgrave Harriers' team who were 6th overall.

Jake Harrison found the going tough in leading home our men who all enjoyed the experience of running over a testing course against 1st class opposition. Steve Naylor, running for 2nd claim Bedford & County, picked up a team silver medal in overall 15th.

It was another great day for Woodstock as James Bolton set a new all-time Club record taking 1st V40 and overall 5th place. James was ably supported by Dave Cantwell who secured 3rd V50 honours.

It was good to see Andy Gleeson coming home just over the 40-minute mark with both Sonnie Jane and Adrian Smith setting new personal bests, Adrian by exactly 3 minutes. Zoe White was our only female representative and Ralf Arneil finished less than a minute outside his best.

Bridget Gould & Zoe White were the only two female Harriers to complete a very hilly course. Zoe has won the Club's cross-country handicap competition. Commiserations to Sue Cantwell who was leading the competition going into the final race but could not run due to illness.
Regrettably, it looks like our girls will be relegated from Division 1 as they finished 7th overall.

James Bolton led home our men to 7th in Division 2 and overall 3rd team after the final round, once more securing an excellent 4th individual place on the day. Bryan Vaughan took 2nd V60 honours and also 2nd overall.It was great to see Andy Pike competing in a cross-country for the first time in years.

Woodstock legend Andy Battye tackled this hilly run in the Yorkshire Dales finishing 5th V60.

James Bolton put in another outstanding performance to finish in 6th place from over 12,000 participants also securing 1st V40 honours. Rebecca Campbell also had a great run beating two of our veteran male stalwarts. Bryan Vaughan secured 2nd V60 honours despite a tumble and Jess Ward completed an excellent personal best. Guest runner Tess Evans ran a personal best by over 2 minutes.

Sophie Carter and Sam Cruickshank took 1st LV35/39 and 2nd VM 35/39 honours respectively whilst Adrian Smith was just seconds outside a personal best. Sophie was 1st overall woman.
